<table cellspacing="0" align="center">
<tr>
<td style="font: bolder small-caps 14pt Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif; color: black; text-transform: capitalize; word-spacing: .3em; text-align: center; background: #bce9ff; border-style: double; border-color: gray; padding: 5px; width: 350px;">
Your Birthdate: October 8</td>
</tr><tr>
<td style=" font: small-caps small-caps 12pt Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif; color: black; text-transform: none; text-align: left; background: #e2f5ff; border-style: double; border-color: gray; padding: 5px; width: 350px;">
Born on the 8th day of the month, you have a special gift for business, as you can conceive and plan on a grand scale.

You have good executive skills and you're a good judge of values.

You should try to own your own business, because you have such a strong desire to be in control.

You are generally reliable when it comes to handling money; you can be trusted in this regard.

There is much potential for material success associated with this number.</td>
</tr>
</table>

<div align="center">
<a href="<A href='http://www.blogthings.com/whatdoesyourbirthdatemeanquiz/" target="_new">What'>http://www.blogthings.com/whatdoesyourbirthdatemeanquiz/">What Does Your Birth Date Mean?</a>
</div>

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.
</font></td></tr></table>

Here's the low down...

5/23-7/28--Physical & Historical Geology classes

6/4—Lauren’s wedding

6/23—Zach’s graduation

7/3—My dad is gettin married! This also will be when my dad moves out and Zach & I have our own place! We will have to have a kick-ass party to celebrate :) Also, if anyone wants to live here, let me know...come January Zach is moving to Florida, so I will need a roommate or 2. My dad may be willing to let you stay for $200 a month...I might be able to talk him to $100 (which is what Zach and I are payin), but that may only be if he likes you
7/24—Ozzfest! Soilwork, Arch Enemy, Black Label Society, In Flames, Mudvayne...it's gonna be awesome!
Week in August--beach house in Emerald Isle, NC
8/21—Summerslam PPV in DC
Also...sometime in August I think I may go to Orlando...and since I have every Friday off over the summer, Chris and I are hittin Six Flags, Busch Gardens, Hershey Park, Kings Dominion, and some museums and the Baltimore aquarium…yay!

I also wanna go camping…but I have to convince Chris to go

So yea…that’s what I’ve got planned so far. Chris said something about us goin up to Niagara Falls again, but we’ll see with work. Stupid work.

AND I plan on getting a new car this summer, too. Yay!

Yea...and obviously I don't write on here very much. So I don't know when I'll write again. BUT if anyone knows somewhere cool I can work, lemme know. I may go back to waitressing...but we'll see

Have a GREAT summer everybody!

Thursday, March 31, 2005

Ok...nothin goin on really...I just wanted to say that everyone should see The Boondock Saints. Buy it. Get it more sales. It's one of those movies that was in theaters BRIEFLY, then got pulled cuz it was doin so bad. BUT then everyone loved it on DVD (people are retarded). Great movie. 2 Irish guys in Boston decide God is telling them to go out and get rid of the evil-doers (mobsters) in their area. Willem Dafoe is a gay detective who hates gays...and he looks great near the end of the movie In one scene though, one of the guys punches the table when they're sittin at and hits his gun...and a poor kitty cat becomes meat on the wall...it explodes. It's sad and gross...but the reaction is funny! Zach made Chris and I watch it...so credit goes to him!

Also...see Equilibrium. I don't ever think it even made it to theaters. It's got Christian Bale (new Batman!) and Taye Diggs. About a futuristic world where people are not allowed to show emotions. Christian Bale is a cleric (basically a cop) who starts to think its all wrong. It ranks up there as one of the best fight scenes, if not the best, in my book. Again...another sad one for animal lovers--pets aren't allowed, so at one point they start killing off some dogs they find Other than that, an EXCELLENT movie! Again...buy it. Get it more sales. Everyone who I know that has seen it (Chris, Zach, my dad, Josh, Ricardo) loved it too. So yea...

Ok. Go find something more exciting to do. Have a great week.

Thursday, March 17, 2005

I just figured I'd post something since it's been a while. Trip to VA Tech was fun last month...hopefully going down again. I think I miss VT sometimes...mostly because there I was sorta on my own and didn't have to work--just free money

I know I've been drivin Chris crazy lately cuz I had been real emotional. I'm doin ok now--I think the gym has actually helped a lot--but I haven't fixed any of the problems. There's a lot...I hate my job, hate the fact that I'm graduating late, hate my school/work schedule. I'm always so stressed out with work and school. Then there are people...and my friends have all heard about that already, so I won't go to deep into that. There's only 1 person causing problems, but it's enough to cause problems, not just with me. But I don't want to talk about people right now.

My main concern right now is the fact that I don't know where I will be living come July. My dad and Sherry are getting married in July, and they want to live in Maryland. Right now, Zach and I are supposed to be moving with them, though neither of us wants to leave VA. My 1 request was that we live closer to VA than Sherry lives now (Silver Spring)--after all, I will still be in school, all my friends are here, and, for now, my job is here. I thought they had agreed to that request...but all the houses they have put offers in on have been farther than Sherry's house. So I've decided to try to find a place here in VA. The only problem is that I don't know who would live with me. I can't afford a place on my own...and I don't think Chris can afford to move out...I just don't know what to do anymore. Originally Matt H said he'd live with me, but now he's sayin he doesn't have the money...I just don't know what to do anymore...

Well...off of all that...I've been on Spring Break this week :) I didn't get to go anywhere cool like I originally planned (my mom had bought tickets for a cruise, but had to return them because of work). But just having time to relax has been ok. Chris and I went to the zoo yesterday...it was the most we've ever see animals move! Every other time they are just lying there...but yesterday they were all movin about. The cheetah cubs were soo cute until some truck hit something and scared the hell outta all of them! The elephants were funny and sound like they were screamin at each other. The male lion sounded PISSED...we think he wanted food cuz the female was staring at the door and he kept roaring at it, then pacing around...then on the other side the tiger kept jumpin up and staring through the window on the door. There were a bunch of dumbass teenagers there. At the otter cage, this girl was like "Oh my God, did you know they eat crocodiles?!" And they all really thought that. Ok...the otters were the size of cats or small dogs...and the sign said their diet was mostly fish. How dumb can people be?! Haha, Chris's favorite line though was when we were walking by these wolves over by the cheetahs...I don't remember what they were, but they were red and had really long legs. Their cage smelled SOOO bad, like a skunk. The sign read "What's that smell? Not it's not a skunk. It's their urine..."We walked up and Chris and I both said "Oh my God, what's that smell?!" I sniffed the air again, made a face, and said "God, it smells like David." Chris died laughing. Haha, sorry David...you don't really smell or anything

Ok...I'm done...Happy St Patricks Day everyone! I hope you all get to drink green drinks! We may go watch movies at Ricardo's cuz he made some projector thing or something. And Happy Birthday to Albert! Must be nice to turn 21 on a drinking Holiday!

Love you Chris :-* Bye all

Wednesday, February 02, 2005

Hey everyone!

I'm actually writing this entry from the computer lab at Mason. I remembered something interesting that Chris was telling me yesterday...

Back when Chris worked for Wal-Mart, there was an old woman that started talking to him that went on and on about how she had dreams where she was being told, she thinks by God, that the world is going to end in 2016. For some reason, Chris was thinking about it yesterday and looked up a calendar of 2016...

Jesus was 33 years old when he died on the cross. The church sets Good Friday, in March, as the anniversary of his death. Well, Chris's birthday is March 25. Not only was he born on Good Friday in 1983, but in 2016 his birthday falls on Good Friday again...and he will turn 33 years old.

So naturally with Chris, he thinks this might mean something. I think it's weird...I also can't believe he remembers that conversation, not to mention that he took the time to research it a little over 2 years later. Well...actually I'm not that surprised...but whatever.

So yea...I told him I'd post it in here, so there ya go.

School is goin ok. My classes are actually really interesting. My Ecology Lab seems like a middle school level class, but the last half should be fun--we go on a few field trips--1 to a cemetery, 1 to Hemlock (yay! I've never been there!), 1 to Mason Neck, and then another 1 to some where in Maryland (I think)...i thought she said a canal, but I don't remember.
I'm always busy, which isn't cool. Work sucks. I'm tryin to lose weight, so I'm exercising a lot more, and it's actually really helped me to feel a lot better lately. I had been feelin really down for some reason...I'm still WAY too stressed out, though. I think one of my main problems with stress is work. There were people that were causing me a lot of problems before, too...1 I thought I cut ties with but still keeps comin around every now and then to cause problems. I think I'm starting to realize who my real friends are these days...and I think that's helped a lot. But I'm sure none of you care...and even though I have a lot I want to say about that...I won't right now. I've talked about it before, and I've decided that rather than getting all worked up about it again, I'm just gonna move on with my life and forget about it. Wow, that right there should show you I've been in a better mood! If I could just fix my work problems, I'd be fine.

Ok...I don't even know what I'm saying anymore, I'm so tired! At least this gave me something to do during my break...but I still have 3 more hours til Biodefense...ugh. I guess I could walk more "laps" around campus like this morning...or study...or play GameBoy :) Hooray for Zelda! Except I already beat it...but oh well...

Enough talking...go enjoy yourselves now. I can't wait to go down to Tech next week! Lookin forward to seein Jae again--haven't seen him in like 2 years! And Katie--we never went out for drinks over winter break! Later everyone!

Love you Chris! Thanks for puttin up with my stress lately :) The next few months we have so many concerts to go to! Can't wait! Muah!

Wednesday, January 26, 2005

By the way...Nightwish is a GREAT metal band from Finland...the lead singer is a girl, but this album the bass player sings in some too...including this song...and it's awesome! My other new fav is Lacuna Coil...a metal band from Italy...guy and girl singer...my fav song is Senzafine, which is one of the ones they sing in Italian. Oh, and speaking of music...my mom and Roy are takin Zach, Chris, and I to Alterbridge on Feb 15...but even better--Chris and I got tix to see Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society at Jaxx in April! Jaxx--we'll be so close!

Bye all!

Thursday, January 13, 2005

Sorry it's been so long...but this winter has sucked for me. And I was too sad to talk about it before.

December 20th Timber died. That hurt like hell. It was the one time we got snow, and it was really windy (Dec 19th). The gate blew open, all 3 dogs got out. Tammy just went into the rest of the backyard and didn't leave. Tundra was a street over. I got home from work and spent most of my night trying to find him. We think he died that night. The next day Chris took Tammy and Tundra out with him to look more. Tammy sniffed Timber's leash and pulled Chris into the woods by our house...and there was Timber. That dog was so special to me. He had such a special bond with everyone that met him. I remember a few months ago Matt Husson said that he thinks people like him so much cuz you had to work to get him to like you. They think he was abused by a past owner, and while he was better with Tammy around, he was scared of guys he didn't know. That weekend he had finally started warming up to Matt, David, and Larry. Just came right up to them and licked their hand. It was surprising. Sometimes I wonder if he knew his time was coming. We think he may have had a heart attack because when Chris found him it looked like he just fell over mid-stride. It meant so much to me when I got home to see that my mom, David, Ricardo, and Mrs Seager were willing to come out and help, despite the fact they had other things to do. Mrs. Seager was actually on her way to sing at the Mormon Temple with her quartet. Thank you so much guys. It meant more to me than you can imagine.

My mom sent me a message that made me happy~ "I asked Roy (my step-father) if dogs go to heaven. He says when you get to heaven everything and everyone you loved will be waiting there for you."
Steve sent me a poem that meant a lot...

"Rainbow Bridge...There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge, there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass. When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm Spring weather. Those old and frail animals are young again. Those who have been maimed are made whole again. They play all day with each other. But there is only one thing missing. They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth. So, each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up. The nose twitches, the ear are up, the eyes are staring. And this one suddenly runs from the group. You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take them in your arms and embrace. Your face is kissed again and again and you look once more into the eyes of Your trusting pet. Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated."

Thanks to everyone that sent messages and what not. I heard from the most unexpected people, including Matt Stankus' ex-step-mom (i think that's how you'd say it). I even had some lady that lives a few houses up that I had never met come by with cookies, candy, and a book called "Dog Heaven" because she saw me crying over him and it reminded her of losing her first dog when she was my age. Actually, I wasn't just crying...I was completely hysterical. My mom said what made it so hard for her wast that I kept calling her "mommy," something I hadn't done since I was like 4 years old. Some of you may think he was just a dog, but for those of you who have pets of your own know differently...they become a part of your family. They're your best friend, the one that no matter what will always be there to listen and will never betray you. I had always wanted to work with dolphins, but Timber and Tammy are the reason that I really pushed myself with Biology to work with animals...they are the reason I changed my major back to Biology when I thought it was too hard and briefly switched to Math. Animals are my life. Timber was one of my best friends...Now I know he's happy in heaven and playing all day...and looking down on his sister Tammy and his adopted sister Tundra :)

What makes this winter suck even more for me...in less than 3 weeks--from December 20th until January 7th--I've lost 3 pets. Timber was the hardest. Then about a week and a half later one of my hamsters died--one of the ones Chris loved. Then Friday night on January 7th my favorite guinea pig, Angel, died. I don't even know why. She must have just died when I found her because her body was warm. It was sad thought because her sister Brownie ran up behind her and was nudging her. Brownie was always the extremely timid one and always tried to stay against Angel when she was scared. It was so sad.

Not only have I lost 3 pets though, but so may other people have lost loved ones. On Christmas Eve Lexter lost his grandmother. And starting this past Monday night he's been sitting at the hospital watching as his aunt dies. What's even sadder? Both are from his mom's side. His mom is losing a mom and a sister over a month's time. Not to mention her father died 2 days before Christmas 2 years ago. That must be sooo difficult to go through.

My dad lost his friend Tom on New Years Day at 10pm. He had been suffering from cancer, and the doctors had said before that he wouldn't make it through Christmas or his birthday, which I think was December 19th or so. It's so sad because Christmas was his absolute favorite time of year. I think it's amazing though, and a blessing for him, that he not only got to make it to his birthday and his favorite holiday, but that he got to finish out the whole year. He worked with my dad at Verizon for years, and I remember when I first met him. My dad took me to a "Take your daughter to work day" in elementary school and for some reason most of the guys on my dad's floor weren't there that day, except for my dad and Tom. Tom was sooo nice and was just hilarious. Anytime he would call the house after that, I would always ask my dad, "that's your funny friend I met, right?" My dad and Zach both got to go to his funeral on the 8th. I wish I could have gone.

My dad also had a few co-workers/friends lose loved ones. One guy lost his mother, one lost his aunt, and another lost another relative...I wanna say his mom, but I'm not sure.

Chris's idol, "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott died in December, too. He was soo upset about that. A manager at TSA was telling me that about a week and a half ago his mom's dog died. This was his favorite dog, the reason he got one of his own. He had just come home from visiting his mom 2 weeks ago, too. He said that she took him out for a walk by a canal (I think) like she always did...but for some reason, even though he had never done it before, he decided to chase Amtrak...

Josh's friend was killed in Iraq in the beginning of December. Then there's all the victims of the Tsunami. I dunno...Chris and I have just been hearing about so much death lately. We wonder if something bad might be coming...

Chris said "There's 4 horsemen, and 2 of them have already shown a glimpse of their face--War and Death."

Actually, all of the WWE stars' books that I have read have been truly inspiring. They show people that if you try hard, you can reach your dreams. Edge, Ric Flair, Lita, and the Hardy Boyz's books have all inspired me. Anyone that is into WWE should read these books.

Anyways...I actually spent a good hour writing a different post. It is about a supposed "friend" of mine that posted something that is obviously negative about me. I really want to post it, but have decided that I should sleep on it...it's long, and attacks this person where it will probably hurt them most...I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this person will be very hurt after reading it. So I thought maybe I should give it a day, make sure nothing changes, and then decide. If anyone is worried that it may be them, think about your last post in your web page...I will tell you that the person it is attacking is the person whose last post was complaining about how their friends never wanna have any fun. Actually, I may post a little of it now...
Below is part 1 of what I have to say about this...we'll see if I post a part 2...

*Hello everyone. I've recently read something that has inspired me to write. A supposed friend is always writing stuff in their own site about what they feel is wrong with their life, frequently blaming other people. They apparently think they are very vague, but I'm not an idiot--I am a very intelligent person. This person often writes about their supposed friends in negative ways, saying everything they think is wrong with these "friends," but is never willing to actually tell them how he/she feels. Well, I am not going to be so vague. Anybody who reads this person's blog or whatever the hell you wanna call it, as well as the person themself, will know who this is directed at. I will not give the name solely because I don't want anyone who doesn't know this person to read me blasting them without knowing anything about this person. I hope that made sense. I just don't feel right for people who don't know anything about the situation to just automatically think negatively about this other person without knowing the whole situation. Maybe that was better stated. Anyways, on with the story...
In this person's most recent entry (we'll call this person X), X wrote about how upset they are because NONE of their friends wants to ever "do anything fun." Now by X's terms, "fun" can only be had by going to DC, going to strip clubs, drinking, etc. Might I add, they apparently think that you can't see boobs until you are 21 (actually X, it's 18) and that boobs are the greatest things ever...I guess my own boyfriend is a little more mature--men have boobs too, though often women have bigger ones, and most of the guys I know are more into other things about women than boobs...this could be because they already have girlfriends that they can look at if they really want to.
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE clubs, though often times I don't get to go because of people's schedules, and I do like to drink (I'm sure a number of my friends have some witty comments to make about that one...). BUT these are not the only ways that I can find to have fun. I have fun when I curl up on the couch with my boyfriend (Chris, for those of you who don't know) and watch tv or a movie. I have fun going shopping at Toys R Us (yes, I know, more comments!) or spending hours in Borders. I have fun having my friends come over for a cook-out, drinks, and watching a movie or talking. And I have a lot of fun staying up all night playing video games (like Raw/Smackdown or GTA) with people. I manage to have fun in many of the things I do. The main reason? I make sure to be around the people I love the most...the people that, by just talking and laughing with them, anyone can have a good time. I have fun if I am around my friends...I love to laugh, and that's what we do. Back when I worked at TSA, Matt H used to call me the funniest girl he had ever met (who knows if he still thinks thats true!) and we loved getting to work together....we made it FUN because we laughed and joked, even though TSA sucks. Reanna and I have FUN riding around in her car. I act completely retarded and tell her the most random things that I make her stomach hurt (haha 'member Re? She was sore from softball practice and I was being a complete retard). I had FUN sitting in the back of Jessica's car, makin her and Reanna DIE laughing as I held Jessica's hedgehog puppet out the car window, making it dance as people looked at our car and laughed. Ask these people and they would (I hope) tell you that we have fun being together, going to a restaurant, hangin at my house, or riding in a car. Why am I saying all this? Because X said that none of his/her friends EVER want to do anything "fun." Why do I know this is about us? Because every time X hangs out with me, all X says is "wanna go to a bar? wanna go to DC? want to go----?" Like I said before, I do enjoy clubs and I do enjoy to drink...but this doesn't mean that I want to do it every time I do anything. X thinks Tuesday nights are a great time to do these things...well, I have class til 7:10 pm, and then hang around campus with Reanna til 10 when Chris gets out. After that, we usually want dinner since we've been in class all night. BUT I don't wanna stay out all night--I have classes starting at 9 am the next morning, followed by work. With my work schedule and class schedule, I am ALWAYS running around--I need to go to bed before 3am! X doesn't seem to realize that his/her work schedule does not allow for any of this to happen with us...we are all trying to make something of ourselves by going to college, but we also need to make money by working. If Chris works, he works mornings, so he's out by 2 or 3. Reanna and I both work at Whitehall, and even if we close the store, we are out by 9:35. Zach and Matt both work at TSA (though Zach will be starting at guitar center soon!!) and can also get out at decent times now. BUT X ALWAYS works at night, and won't get out until at LEAST 10, a lot of times later. This is usually 5 days a week. Not to mention it takes X like 30 minutes just to get back in this area. If we want to do something like he wants, we always want to do it on days convenient for us--which tends to not be convenient for X. But then X wants to go get drunk on nights when Chris has to be at work at 6am. Well, that's not a smart idea for Chris if he has to be up 5 hours later! Is this Chris's fault? Hell no. *
